This blog will be my progress of creating a CMS targeted for music ensembles from the ground up. The project will be completed in PHP and designed initially for PostgreSQL. The design will be very extensible and hopefully portable.
The majority of this will likely be seen as "re-inventing the wheel." I realize in the real world that this is a problem, but this isn't the real world. This is my personal project for learning purposes that has a small chance of being a useful piece of software. (No one is making you read if you don't like it!)
